Quando chego ao restaurante, o responsável olha para mim, pergunta-me se tenho reserva, e como não tenho, diz-me que estão completamente cheios. Entro na mesma, olho para as mesas, tem metade das mesas livres, sem marcadores de reserva. Agradeço e saio.
Mau profissionalismo, incompetência, e desprezo pelos clientes que não usam fato.

I must have a really ugly face, even in a mask. When I arrive at the restaurant, the person in charge looks at me, asks me if I have a reservation, and since I don't, he tells me that they are completely full. I walk into it, look at the tables, there are half the tables free, no reserve markers. Thank you and leave.
Bad professionalism, incompetence, and contempt for customers who don't wear a suit.
