★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que bela vitela à lafões, um extraordinário arroz de vitela com castanhas . Comida caseira, sem ser pretenciosa. Um belo leite creme. O Sr. Joaquim é de uma simpatia enorme, sempre atencioso e prestável. Sem dúvida um local para ficar no livro de recordações.
 What a beautiful veal à lafões, an extraordinary veal rice with chestnuts. Homemade food, without being pretentious. A beautiful cream milk. Mr. Joaquim is extremely friendly, always attentive and helpful. Without a doubt a place to stay in the souvenir book.

Como não podia deixar de ser, viémos à vitela à Lafões e não decepcionou.
O sabor era excelente e o serviço melhor que em alguns restaurantes de referência nacional.
Voltarei sem dúvida…, e com mais amigos e familiares.
A 5* rating is not enough to define the quality of this restaurant.
As it could not be otherwise, we came to veal Lafões and it did not disappoint.
The taste was excellent and the service was better than in some restaurants of national reference.
I will definitely be back…, and with more friends and family.

Lovely restaurant with beautiful sunny farm grounds.
Went for Sunday lunch on the way back from the mountains and what an experience we had.
Super low key but fast service.
Had Sunday roast veal with local Dão red wine followed by homegrown tasty fruit and homemade puddings.
The bill came down to 35€ for 2 people.
Incredible.
