The "boqueirão" only tasted a strong vinegar, no way to taste the "boqueirão" itself.
The "Pernil assado" was not enough tender and with greasy sauce (not sure the correct translation - no need to have so many fat to make it tasty). With such greasy souce, it did not make sense to serve the salad in the same plate!
The "Bochechas de porco" were vey tender, but also a greasy sauce and why the hell "pimentos" (Peppers) in the sauce?
The salad also had "pimentos", which I hate. I only tolerate them to season the pork meat (e. g., "chouriço", "carne de porco") as "pimentão da horta", never as pieces inside a Stew or a salad.
The deserts were dry! It was a very hot day, they should have been kept in lower temperature.
