Picanha. Inedible. Not even possible to cut with steak knife.
After serving, nobody came over to check if everything was ok. Perhaps they would have asked for a new attempt, or offer a discount. Who knows. This place is most likely just utter sh*t thinking that the bank is paying them their salaries. Stay well away.
