Então já sabe o que vai encontrar... IKEA é móveis, não restauração. If you have an alternative, go for it. Otherwise, if you really have to, don't go with high expectations. Do you know the cafeteria at school or at work? So you know what you're going to find... IKEA is furniture, not catering.

Se visitar o IKEA aproveite e almoce lá ou beba o café e coma um doce tradicional Low price simple dishes, some of the dishes and desserts are typical Swedish. Os funcionários vão dos 8 aos 80, existem alguns SUPER simpáticos e outros SUPER arrogantes. A última vez que lá fui a senhora da caixa estava ao telemóvel e nem nos disse "bom dia" nem "boa tarde", na verdade, não me disse uma única palavra. Também perguntei a um outro funcionário sobre um produto, deu-me as indicações para o encontrar, quando cheguei ao local não havia e no fim descobri que afinal o produto já se encontrava sem stock há imenso tempo. Se a minha avaliação fosse com base na minha última visita eu dava apenas 1 estrela mas como já fui atendida por pessoas que eram 5 estrelas acabei por ter em consideração as minhas várias experiências no IKEA Alfragide. Desta última vez também achei o espaço muito desorganizado, com caminhos ocupados com escadotes e pessoas a arranjarem o teto, questiono-me se não será possível fazer obras no espaço fora do horário de funcionamento. E se realmente também é necessário os funcionários estarem com imensos carrinhos a repor stock 30/40 minutos depois da loja abrir, então peço que tenham atenção para não estarem sempre a ocupar os corredores ou, pelo menos, darem um "jeitinho" quando veem alguém a tentar tirar um produto. Desejo-vos um bom trabalho! I have visited the store several times and feel it has been getting worse over the years. Employees range from 8 to 80, there are some SUPER friendly and some SUPER arrogant. The last time I went there, the cashier was on her cell phone and neither said "good morning" nor "good afternoon", in fact, she didn't say a single word to me. I also asked another employee about a product, he gave me directions to find it, when I arrived at the place there was none and in the end I found out that after all the product had already been out of stock for a long time. If my evaluation was based on my last visit I would only give 1 star but as I was already attended by people who were 5 stars I ended up taking into account my various experiences at IKEA Alfragide. This last time I also found the space very disorganized, with paths occupied with ladders and people fixing the roof, I wonder if it will not be possible to do works in the space outside opening hours. And if it really is also necessary for employees to have lots of carts to restock 30/40 minutes after the store opens, then I ask that they be careful not to always occupy the aisles or, at least, give a "knack" when they see someone trying to take a product. I wish you a good job!

Later on when paying, we asked if we had to pay the full price since we didn't get a full plate. We had to pay the full price but after complaining about it again another employee came (she was very nice) and went to the cooks to complain why there wasn't a complete menu. she returned and said that we could pick up the broccoli in 5 minutes. 4 stars for the lady. 1 star for the cooks.
