★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O meu pedido veio com 3 horas de atraso, acabei a encomendar outra coisa ,até que recebi o pedido já depois da hora de deixo da loja. Uma pedido de 33 euros no qual não consegui sequer estabelecer contato com o número, porque estava sempre desligado.
Nunca mais voltou ali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente aceitam mais pedidos dos que os que conseguem processar em tempo razoável. Quando um restaurante está cheio, está cheio, não dá mais. Aqui como é principalmente encomendas, take away, cria a ilusão que é possível, mas não é. Resultado, uma hora só para a confecção de um pedido simples.
They simply accept more orders than they can process in a reasonable time. When a restaurant is full, it's full, no more. Here as it's mostly orders, take away, it creates the illusion that it's possible, but it's not. Result, one hour just to make a simple order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nesta passada sexta-feira,dia 26-nov-21,fiz uma encenda de take away,através da uber.A encenda foi feita as 19h30.
Supostamente iam a minha residência entregar até as 21:05,achei tempo demais mas compreendi por ser final do mês.Atencao que o restaurante fica a 10 min da minha casa.
As 21:20,sem ainda terem entregue,liguei para o restaurante.O que me foi dito e que o motorista da uber ja estava a na rua,e que o meu pedido ja teria sido preparado a mais tempo e que compreendesse a demora,porque so tinha 5 motoristas.
Liguei mais 2 vezes e sempre a mesma resposta.Ate que ninguem apareceu,tivemos
que pedir outra coisa.Quando estava a caminho do meu trabalho,essa mesma senhora ligou-me,muito nervosa a dizEr que afinal nao tinha sido impresso o meu pedido.E que o gerente queria falar comigo para me oferecer algo.Eu posso ficar sem o meu dinheiro mas nao volto a pedir nada deles.E foi exatamente isso que eu falei.Pessima experiência
This past Friday, 26-Nov-21, I had a take-away scene, through uber. The scene was made at 19:30.
Supposedly they were going to my residence to deliver until 21:05, I thought it was too long but I understood because it was the end of the month. Note that the restaurant is 10 minutes from my house.
At 9:20 pm, without having delivered it, I called the restaurant. What I was told is that the uber driver was already on the street, and that my order would have been prepared longer and that he understood the delay, because it only had 5 drivers.
I called 2 more times and always got the same answer.
I have to order something else. When I was on my way to work, this same lady called me, very nervous to say that after all my order had not been printed. And that the manager wanted to talk to me to offer me something. my money but I don't ask for anything from them again. And that's exactly what I said.

estar a conseguir dar continuidade ao pedido ,então liguei para o número que aparece no site onde me dizem que o site já não está funcional e me apercebo que nem as promoções nem os precos são os mesmo a diferença rondava 10€ a mais e ainda teria de fazer um o pedido mínimo de 20€ para me trazerem a casa ,estranhei mas acedi ,as 20h00 acabei então o meu pedido com entrega no domicílio ao qual me disseram que iria demorar 50 minutos a ser feita a entrega, mais uma vez achei tudo muito estranho os 50 minutos mas como me aptecia mesmo sushi,resolvi aceitar.
O tempo foi passando e ninguém me ligou ou deu nenhuma satisfação até que as 21h30 quando tive de ser eu a ligar para avisar que naquele momento já não estava interessada no pedido,pois já tinha petiscado dos outros pedidos que tinhamos feito cá por casa,então as 22h30 recebo uma mensagem a dizer que queriam me oferecer o pedido hoje no horário que quisesse,não preciso de ofertas hoje precisava de profissionais ontem e tendo em conta as críticas não sou um caso isolado,ou seja pedidos para aqui nunca mais.

Time passed and no one called me or gave me any satisfaction until 9:30 pm when I had to call to let them know that at that moment I was no longer interested in the order, as I had already had a snack from the other orders we had made here at home, so at 10:30 pm I received a message saying that they wanted to offer me the order today at the time I wanted, I don't need offers today I needed professionals yesterday and taking into account the criticism I'm not an isolated case, that is, orders for here never again.

Encomenda feita às 19h30 com previsão de entrega de 1h30.
Entre as 21h e as 22h tento telefonar várias vezes para perceber o que se passa, linha sempre interrompida.
Às 22h tento cancelar a encomenda mas não dá porque está em entrega.
Às 22h30 o estado da encomenda passa para entregue e encomenda nem vê-la.
Consigo finamente indicar que não recebi a encomenda.
Às 23h30 tocam me à porta para entregar a encomenda. 4h depois!
Pedi desculpa ao estafeta, que provavelmente não tem culpa, mas não aceitei a encomenda.
Se não têm capacidade para entregar as encomendas em tempo útil, não as aceitem.
É um favor que fazem a todos.
If you are thinking of ordering from this restaurant through Uber eats, forget it! Don't waste your time.
Order placed at 19:30h with estimated delivery time of 1h30.
Between 9pm and 10pm I try to call several times to find out what's going on, the line is always interrupted.
At 22:00 I try to cancel the order but I can't because it's on delivery.
At 22:30 the status of the order changes to delivered and the order doesn't even see it.
I can finally indicate that I have not received the order.
At 11:30 pm they knocked at the door to deliver the order. 4 hours later!
I apologized to the courier, who is probably not to blame, but I did not accept the order.
If you are unable to deliver orders in a timely manner, do not accept them.
It's a favor they do to everyone.

Regarding the food you will find a good relation between quality and price, receiving fresh and tasty sushi in your table. Loved the desert!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is quite good, and prices as well. If you go to eat at the restaurant everything will run smoothly. But delivery is TERRIBLE, doesn’t matter if you do it through Uber Eats or their own delivery, easily 8 out of 10 times your order will miss something or a something wrong will be with it. And if that’s not bad enough, if you dare to complaint for something like that, which to my point of view is totally fair, they won’t like that you do, and their solution will be: “We’ll note it down to send it in future orders”. What if you never order again? In my case I did, and guess what, I didn’t get what was missing, for which I had to complaint again, it’s a never ending cycle with these people. I don’t tend to leave reviews, unless experience is outstanding or terrible. And this, to me... goes beyond terrible, because it’s the same error over and over again. It’s such a shame, because the sushi is good. Hope they take this positively and improve.
