Traditional restaurant at very good prices. Friendly service, the soup of caldo verde is very good. We had turkey with red wine. 7.50 the "dose". Always served with a green salad / tomato. I recommend this restaurant and not far from the ruins of Conímbriga on the same road.

Excelente restaurante de comida típica portuguesa no centro de condeixa a nova. Atendimento simples, porém muito atencioso. Recomendo prato de carne de cabrito. Nota ?

First of all, the positive: the cook (who I assumed was the owner) was very friendly, the meat was of good quality, and the restaurant is located in a quiet corner, where you can eat without much noise. However, the waitress who was serving didn't have much experience and didn't feel like working - she asked if I wanted my pork steak well or rare, I had to ask her 3 times to bring me a Coke (after we reminded her that we had to order drinks more than once), and made a mistake in our two orders (never apologized or tried to amend anything). The food, apart from the meat, was mediocre. It's a pity for the experience, because more than big restaurants, it's these smaller businesses that need support, but like this...

Obrigado!
Excellent restaurant with typical Portuguese dishes, authentic and non-touristy, with the rhythms of the past. Very good quality / price ratio (in 2 we spent a total of € 20 for two hearty dishes of meat, with the addition of water, olives and bread). Definitely a stop to consider if you are in the area (Conimbriga archaeological site). Obrigado!

Altamente recomendable.

I can really recommend this restaurant as we had a great meal there. We tried the speciality, the goat meat and it was excellent and plentiful. The dessert was a home-made speciality and quite superb. The coffee, too, was tops and the service was very good indeed.

This little unassuming place was wonderful. We had a gathering of Expats and needed a restaurant that would accommodate all of us and Luz & Vida stepped up! Thier meals were amazing. They had several options on the menu including salmon, beef, chicken and a vegetarian option as well. The portions were hearty and the atmosphere was lovely! We did let them know in advance the number of people and the time we would be there so they could reserve our tables. Everyone was able to relax and have a good time. Obrigada Restaurante Luz & Vida.
