★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the best meal since some time. The wife and husband are lovely people and the wife cooks really with love. The taste is like at home. If you are on your way to or from Lisbon you need to stop here!

Arrived to eat something quick, maybe even a coffee, could have even eaten a whole meal but after we were begrudgingly greeted we asked for half a dose of frango assado and got a reply that one table for half a dose wouldn't be good. There were empty tables both outside(where we, me my wife and 5 month old baby were going to sit) and inside but they rather give the space to regulars as they even knew most people by name. If you're a foreigner avoid at all costs as these were the first comments we heard on arrival(I'm Portuguese but they thought I was a foreigner). Didn't try the food but I wouldn't anyway as I don't eat food cooked by witches.
