A fantastic place, with surprising service at the best level that the people of that corner by the sea have accustomed us to. Highly recommend, five stars!!

Very nice restaurant, with adequately spaced tables. Very tasty food and very well prepared; we loved the octopus rice and the biscuit cake.

Ficou no prato ! We had lunch here, very good fish soup, then octopus rice, very, very good and then the dessert that spoiled the party, like profiteroles, horrible, full of margarine cream I believe this one (and others) are not homemade. It was on the plate!

Quando entrei, apesar do bom aspeto do local, senti que não era bem vindo. Confimei este sentimento quando pedi o menu para escolher algo e recebo uma resposta seca e um olhar surpreendido, como se tivesse dito alguma estupidez. "Temos tostas mistas e tremoços". Naquele momento quem ficou surpreendido fui eu. Pensei, só tostas e tremoços? Pedi uma tosta e fui sentar-me com o sentimento de que estava a pedir demasiado. Comi, nada de especial, uma simples tosta e lenvantei-me para pagar. Qual não é o meu espanto quando a funcionária me recusa o pagamento com cartão. "O mínimo são 5€". Sem me mostrar indignado por tamanha estupidez, ainda tive de ouvir lamúrias de uma outra funcionária. "Pelo amor de deus, pagar 2€ com cartão" . Devemos estar a ficar todos retrogados. Qual é a novidade? Não sou obrigado a andar com moedas na carteira. Até no supermercado pago um pão de 0,16€ com cartão. É mais prático e rápido. Enfim, depois de lhe enviar o dinheiro por MBWay pude finalmente sair! Bad Service. As it is the only establishment on the beachfront I decided to go there and drink coffee. When I entered, despite the good look of the place, I felt that I was not welcome. I trusted this feeling when I asked the menu to choose something and got a curt response and a surprised look, as if I'd said something stupid. "We have mixed toast and lupines." At that moment I was surprised. I thought, just toasts and lupines? I ordered a toast and went to sit with the feeling that I was asking too much. I ate, nothing special, a simple toast and got up to pay. What is my surprise when the employee refuses me the card payment. "The minimum is €5". Without showing indignation for such stupidity, I even had to hear the whining of another employee. "For God's sake, pay €2 with a card" . We must all be getting backwards. What is the new? I don't have to carry around with coins in my wallet. I even pay a €0.16 loaf at the supermarket with a card. It's more practical and faster. Anyway, after sending you the money by MBWay I was finally able to leave!

Die Chefin/ Köchin/ Kellnerin in Personalunion ist sehr herzlich und man muss kein Portugiesisch können, um sich mit ihr zu verstehen. Wir sind von diesem Geheimtipp sehr angetan und waren auch eine Nacht in dem angeschlossenen Hotel. Delicious food for a very good price. The restaurant is modern and the food is lovingly prepared. The boss / cook / waitress is very welcoming and you don't have to speak Portuguese to get on with her. We are very impressed by this insider tip and stayed in the attached hotel for one night.
