★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What can I say... Max and I had the most amazing time dining at this restaurant. The hosts Alvaro & Cila made us so welcome and the variety of foods we sampled was just delightful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were the only English speaking patrons in the place and the owner, who was the only staff with any English ability took great personal care of us. Great fish and pork, with a salad and sides for €20. And a quarter litre of Vinho Verde for €1.85! Loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had great food here. The only problem was that the waiter did not speak English and there was no English menu. And we could not pay by card. Anyway, thanks to Google translate we managed to find excellent dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good confort food. With some delicacies from the Alentejo region in the mix. Nice staff. Indoors and outdoors seating. Good for an autumn afternoon with a strong flavour of summer yet. For those who like it sweet (very, extremely sweet) I do suggest you try what they call Conventual. An overdose of eggs sugar and almonds. Not pricy.
