Mas infelizmente quiseram ir mais além. O serviço de take away e entrega ao domicílio em tempo de pandemia é do pior que já conheci. O tempo de espera de ambos é muito demorado porque falta organização.
A 2a vez que pedi para entrega ao domicílio (já em pandemia) esqueceram-se da entrega e demorou mais de 1 hora! Foi preciso ligar pra lá para os lembrar. O take away para um prato do dia também não correu melhor. Depois de 3/4 de hora à espera tive que reclamar pois mais uma vez esqueceram-se chegando ao ponto de dizer que já não havia o que tinha pedido. Muito mau.
Um local a não voltar
 Servings with quality, generous and at affordable prices. It's worth the visit to have dinner there.
But unfortunately they wanted to go further. The take-away and home delivery service during a pandemic is the worst I have ever known. The waiting time for both is very long because there is a lack of organization.
The 2nd time I asked for home delivery (already in pandemic) they forgot the delivery and it took more than 1 hour! I had to call there to remind them. The take-away for a dish of the day didn't go any better either. After 3/4 of an hour waiting I had to complain because once again they forgot, reaching the point of saying that there was no longer what I had asked for. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mau. Se pudesse dava 0! Mais de 40 minutos de atraso na entrega. E quando entregam, não entregam o acompanhamento. Ao telefone confirmam que se enganaram, pois o preço que indicaram, ao contrário do que tinham dito (que incluía arroz e batata), não incluía o acompanhamento. Se o queria, tinha que encomendar o acompanhamento. Note-se que resido a minutos do restaurante e sou cliente habitual.. Era.
Very bad. If I could, I would give 0! More than 40 minutes late in delivery. And when they deliver, they don't deliver the tracking. On the phone, they confirm that they were wrong, as the price they indicated, contrary to what they had said (which included rice and potatoes), did not include the side dish. If I wanted it, I had to order the accompaniment. Note that I live minutes from the restaurant and am a regular customer.. Era.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem desloquei-me pela primeira vez para takeway, pedimos costelinhas grelhadas e vi de facto a colocarem comida fresca na assador. Disseram que demoraria uns 15 minutos e fomos buscar sobremesa, quando começamos o jantar em casa deparamos com comida sem estar fresca( ficamos doentes e deitamos fora) e salchicha crioula crua!!!( A mesma vou levar quando for escrever no livro de reclamações porque espero que a ASAE faça uma fiscalização no estabelecimento).
Yesterday I went to the takeway for the first time, we ordered grilled ribs and I actually saw fresh food being put on the roaster. They said it would take about 15 minutes and we went to get dessert, when we started dinner at home we found food that was not fresh (we got sick and threw it away) and raw Creole sausage!!! (I'll take the same when I write in the complaints book because I hope the ASAE will carry out an inspection in the establishment).
