For a restaurant found by chance I am really delighted, the service is good and the food very good. The meat was very good and tender and the homemade chocolate mousse was really good neither too sweet nor too bitter. I am really delighted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap as chips..and you get chips, and rice, and veg, and... Good vinho branco from Barcelos, lovely views of the mountains, and just a nice place for a simple lunch, if you like meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We very much enjoyed the two evenings we spent here. The service was fast and friendly. The wood was good value and we had no real complaints. The only minor point was about a lack of variety in the menu on our second visit. But this is very much a personal thing. I would have no reservations about eating here again.
