Depois 30m a espera para pedir um café... e não conseguimos pedir... co. Uma empregada sentada ao telemóvel, e outra na conversa com as cozinheiras...
Pedimos a conta, fomos embora desagradados mostramos o descontentamento, dissemos que não voltaríamos, logo nos agradeceram por não voltarmos...
Acho incrível este tipo de atendimento, senao tivesse esgotado o tempo todo a espera de ser atendido teria escrevido no livro de reclamações.
Mas façam voces a experiência... e vejam o resultado ...
After 45m to come the dish, when we asked why the dishes didn't come... we got 0 response.
After 30m waiting to order a coffee... and we couldn't order... co. A maid sitting on her cell phone, and another in conversation with the cooks...
We asked for the bill, we left feeling displeased, we showed our displeasure, we said we wouldn't come back, then they thanked us for not coming back...
I think this type of service is incredible, if I hadn't spent all the time waiting to be attended to, I would have written it in the complaints book.
But do the experiment... and see the result...
