★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is not too polite, but the staff was friendly. Experience was okay. We ordered the monkfish cataplana which was good, but lacked some of the flavor that was already in it. Sangria was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! We won a voucher kindly donated to Families in need. Our first visit and it was absolutely 150% perfect. Lovely family in kitchen and front of house, so friendly and efficient. Our meal DELICIOUS , wonderful home made chicken pate to start, sole and Portuguese Steak to follow . The desert too good to describe ! Would certainly recommend and we will be returning ??

We went a little bit early for dinner so we were able to grab a table but just to be safe you should make a reservation since it got quite busy during the evening. The food was to put it simply, fantastic. Go for the grilled fish and the house wine for a guaranteed good time. The staff were very attentive and accommodating to all of our needs. Not only will we be going back, but we recommend this place to anyone who is in the area.

The restaurant was full and had a wonderful atmosphere, our waiter was very efficient and friendly, the menu had a good selection of choices all sounding very tempting, my starter was mussels which was cooked to perfection and main course was T-bone steak again cooked perfectly, it just melted in my mouth. The portions are generous and the prices on the good side ?. I would go back every time I’m visiting the area.
