★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent restaurant! We asked "maminha" (low sirloin) and bife de vazia (cow steak), they were perfectly cooked as we asked, plus some very good entries (ham, olives). Amazing food! The chef is super nice, good quality price relation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed a superb meal and our compliments go to the owner/chef and his staff, who went out of their ways to be friendly and helpful. The menu is varied and not the typical, often predictable, Portuguese fare. The black pork fillet was the tastiest, most succulent, that I have ever tasted and my husband’s steak was cooked to perfection for him (mal passado). There is also a choice of sauces. Do not be fooled by the pictures that have been posted. The French fries were chunks of perfection - crisp outside, soft inside and hot. I didn’t order them, but when I saw them on the plate, I couldn’t resist!
We chose a bottle of well-priced red from the extensive wine list. It was delicious. Constancia is a beautiful little town and this meal was the perfect end to a lovely day.

I'm vegan, and don't usually count on any menu items being vegan.
But they had 2 or 3! And they were really tasty.
Would gi again.
