Dizem no site deles que preparam a encomenda em 48h mas a minha ainda se encontra em "preparação". Tentei ligar 4vezes, não atendem, mandei email, não respondem. Agora vou ter que ver como vou obter o meu dinheiro de volta. Apesar de dizerem que aceitam pagamento via PayPal vai dar erro quando tentarem. Talvez para lhes facilitar a vida a roubar dinheiro às pessoas.
Don't buy from this store. Tomorrow will be a week since I made a purchase at this store and I still haven't received anything. They say on their website that they prepare the order in 48 hours but mine is still in "preparation". I tried to call 4 times, they don't answer, I sent an email, they don't answer. Now I'm going to have to see how I'm going to get my money back. Although they say they accept payment via PayPal it will give error when they try. Perhaps to make life easier for them to steal money from people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomendei tinteiros durante o confinamento e chegaram a casa em 2 dias sem qualquer problema. Comprei tinteiros para uma impressora HP e funcionam na perfeição como se fossem originais, dando mesmo a indicação de nível de tinta como os da marca.
O preço é imbatível e o produto é óptimo, estou fã e cliente fidelizado. Não se intimidem com o aspecto menos polido do site.

I ordered cartridges during confinement and they arrived home in 2 days without any problem. I bought cartridges for an HP printer and they work perfectly as if they were originals, even giving the ink level indication as the brand.
The price is unbeatable and the product is great, I'm a fan and a loyal customer. Do not be intimidated by the less polished aspect of the site.
