I've been waiting for a second year for a second job. In the last month, I call there weekly (yes, because the technician stopped answering the phone months ago). The most incompetent company I worked with in the construction of my house.

Falta de pessoal. Desorganização total na resposta aos emails, quando efectivamente há uma resposta, pois na maioria dos casos não há. Meses para resolverem um assunto mínimo.
Poor service, disrespect for customers and deadlines. Lack of consideration for the customer.
Lack of staff. Total disorganization in the response to emails, when there is actually an answer, as in most cases there isn't. Months to resolve a minimal issue.
