★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficaram de telefonar quando o trabalho estivesse acabado, quase 2 meses depois ainda estou a trás deles para arranjarem a mota. Não entendo as 5 estrelas que estão a dar, devem ser amigos e familiares a darem essas ratings.
Adicional, no meu caso eu levei a mota aí em Julho por um apito electrónico que começou esta saga toda, em Agosto a mota já estava aí desde Julho porque depois da minha primeira visita os problemas ficaram tão mal que tinha medo de andar na mota, levei a aí para uma inspecção e levei de volta numa condição que não era segura depois de pagar 120 euro por 2 horas de trabalho e uma série de coisas que não pedi. Aprecio a solaridariadade entre o proprietário e os seus funcionários, mas vocês estavam mesmo perto de eu ir aí preencher o livro de reclamação, a mota está nas vossas mãos várias vezes desde Junho e tenho exemplos, como o Sérgio reconstruir o motor e depois são os ajudantes que pozeram o motor de volta e dão me a mota num estado que nem ficava ligado em neutral, teve que voltar no dia seguinte e agora é decembro, não vem com conversas frescas, só mandaram me o email a dizer que estava pronta hoje depois de eu telefonar e me queixar.
They were supposed to call when the work was finished, almost 2 months later I'm still behind them to get the bike fixed. I don't understand the 5 stars they are giving, it must be friends and family giving those ratings.
Additionally, in my case I took the bike there in July by an electronic whistle that started this whole saga, in August the bike had been there since July because after my first visit the problems got so bad that I was afraid to ride the bike, I took it there for inspection and took it back in an unsafe condition after paying 120 euro for 2 hours of work and a number of things I didn't ask for. I appreciate the solidarity between the owner and his employees, but you were really close to me going there to fill out the complaint book, the bike has been in your hands several times since June and I have examples, such as Sérgio rebuilding the engine and then it's the helpers who turned the engine back on and gave me the bike in a state that wasn't even switched to neutral, had to come back the next day and now it's December, they don't come with fresh conversations, they just sent me the email saying it was ready later today of me calling and complaining.
