★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed an expat accountant who could understand the complexities of UK/Portuguese income and Portuguese residency. I had been given so many different ideas from so many so called 'specialists' I was ready to give up and go home. These guys simplified everything within the first half hour of meeting them. Life is good here when you have the right professionals working for you. No hesitation recommending these guys.

I spent weeks searching for an accountant who properly understood both UK and Portuguese tax systems, and was sorely disappointed by everyone I spoke to - until I spoke to Jeremiah at RHJ. His knowledge is exceptional, and he answers all of my (rather complicated!) queries quickly and clearly. His suggestions for how to organise my finances have saved me thousands of pounds. Having been given inaccurate or misleading information by several other accountancies and Umbrellas, he's the only person I'd trust to advise me. I realise this review sounds a bit hyperbolic, so I'm trying to find any downsides to balance things out - but honestly, there aren't any! Thanks Jeremiah and team for your brilliant help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read these reviews and thought that I was in good hands not knowing much with taxes. I moved from the UK to Portugal and sort professional help with my taxes. I would not recommend these accountants, although seemingly appealing as they have offices in both the UK and Portugal they were not forthcoming with clear information, even though constantly saying they will answer questions. There wasn't proactivity or clear detailing of everything they were doing on my behalf and exactly what I was paying for. If using them, I recommend to seek clear break downs from the beginning.
