★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse customer service ever!!! I'll make sure my friends and family knows about my awful experience at your store in Lisbon. I was at your store on April 11, to pick up some money that was sent to me by my sister that lives in the United States. To pick up money at your store you are requested to show an ID which I did.. My ID in portugal has a maiden name, and in the United States neither me or my sister use it. And only because she saw a governmental ID with a maiden name, and just because my sister didn't put our maiden name in the transaction she didn't pay me. So to all the Americans that come to visit lisbon and had no other choice but use the RIA service don't forget about the maiden name. The lady said she couldn't verify it was me.. c'mon give me a break, I show her 2 governmental ids with a photo. This is the first and last time I use. Better trained your employees to work with the public, she was rude. And be aware that Americans sign their first and last name only! Besides I had all the information in the email, code and so on that your employee could verify that was me.
