The rigging team, Kan and Sebastian, are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. The entire team being sailors themselves (both racing and Atlantic cruising), they understand our needs and what drives us, which we found so far is rare.
The entire process from unstepping the mast to stepping it once more with the new rigging took only 48 hours. And it would even have been faster had we finished all our own jobs earlier and had one delivery not been a bit late.
The team also tuned the rigging afterwards and we're happy to head out into our new adventures feeling well prepared and confident with our new rig!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pete's response to our mast problem was exceptional. He was contacted cold, along with many of his competitors, and he outperformed them all. Despite being in the middle of the lockdown his responses were always very quick and very clear. He rapidly escalated the issue to the manufacturer on our behalf and could not have done anymore to help us solve our problem. If you want clear, honest answers and someone who will do their very best for you, speak to Pete.

Handled the bad news with great kindness and professionalism and guide me through the options for a new mast, which was very complicated through the mast being put on a boat that was on passge to the UK. Very knowledgable and accommodating in these matters and there were a few issues which persuaded me that the business focusses on providing high quality at reasonable cost, and will not compromise on safety, a well deserved 5 stars. Not too expensive either.
