★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma empresa realmente são as pessoas que a constituem, após a saída de um elemento esta foi a pior empresa deste ramo que alguma vez trabalhei. Se alguém precisar de dores de cabeça, recomendo vivamente.
A company really is the people that make it up, after leaving an element this was the worst company in this field that I have ever worked. If anyone needs headaches, I highly recommend it.

Ausência de transparência de contas para com os condóminos... passividade constante....atenção que recomendam empresas do mesmo dono.....
NÃO RECOMENDO!
Undoubtedly the worst condominium management company I've ever interacted with. They don't care about the tenants or the building itself. They are only interested in the final billing and commissions. Lack of account transparency with the owners ... constant passivity .... attention recommended by companies of the same owner .....
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já enviei um email e sem resposta, e vários telefonemas igualmente sem resposta. Estou assustada de tantos comentários negativos desta empresa. Acho que o meu condomínio não está em boas mãos.
I have already sent an email and no answer, and several phone calls equally unanswered. I am scared of so many negative comments from this company. I think my condo is not in good hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!! Transparência de contas é coisa que não acreditam. Estou a pedir desde março a lista de quem esteve presente na reunião de condomínio e uma listagem dos meus pagamentos, mas recusam!! Quando insistimos para as ver, fazem queixa de nós em tribunal! A evitar!!
Terrible!! Account transparency is something they don't believe in. Since March I am asking for the list of those who attended the condominium meeting and a list of my payments, but they refuse !! When we insist on seeing them, they complain about us in court! To be avoided !!
