Especialmente a forma como o entrevistador olha para as candidatas femininas. Além de tudo parecer extremamente "shady", não promete ser nada do que indica ser. A frase de destaque no site 'oportunidades para artistas' não se provou ser verdadeira, acima de tudo no tratamento dado às candidaturas para projetos. O responsável, Sr.Miguel Ruivo Duarte, diretor e fundador, deixa algumas dúvidas em relação à veracidade do seu projeto e muito a desejar na relação interpessoal. Esquecem-se de referir que são oportunidades para artistas trabalharem de graça para a empresa. Fica aqui um vivo conselho para quem pense encetar uma relação de trabalho com esta empresa e nomeadamente com o Sr. Miguel Ruivo Duarte: Nunca iniciem um trabalho para este Sr. sem que o mesmo seja solicitado por escrito e sem combinar primeiro, e por escrito, o valor a pagar, ou exijam que esse Sr. lhes mostre uma tabela de preços que ele diz possuir (aqui parece que quem tem a tabela é o cliente e não o fornecedor do serviço – é de rir). Se lhes disserem que não tem tempo para escrever e-mails, saltem fora. E não se admirem se os supostos trabalhos de teste forem objecto de vários pedidos (telefónicos) de alteração e depois os verem utilizados em produções e/ou na página Facebook da Rituais Dell Arte. Se ainda assim aceitarem trabalhos pedidos apenas por telefone, não se admirem se ao fim de vários trabalhos e várias semanas lhe solicitarem um pagamento receberem como resposta que a vossa atitude o ofende profundamente e serem imediatamente informados de que a colaboração terminou. Por incrível coincidência conheço dois casos concretos. Curiosamente, alguns comentários do estilo dos que aqui são feitos, foram “postados” no Facebook da Rituais Dell Arte e foram convenientemente apagados. Aqui não têm essa sorte. Abençoado Google.
