★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi colocada uma caldeira que nao estava de acordo com as normas. A caldeira deveria ser ventilada e a instalada foi de extracao natural. Para solucionarem o problema colocaram uma ventoinha extractora no tubo de saida. Isto aconteceu em Dezembro de 2019. Uma inspecao feita em Janeiro de 2022 falhou pelas razoes acima mencinoadas. A Rivalclima nao assumiu responsabilidades. Houve a meu ver falta de profissionalismo que infelizmente foi seguida de falta de seriedade. Nao recomendo.
A boiler was installed that did not comply with the standards. The boiler should be ventilated and the one installed was of natural extraction. To solve the problem they put an extractor fan in the outlet tube. This happened in December 2019. An inspection done in January 2022 failed for the reasons mentioned above. Rivalclima assumed no responsibilities. There was, in my view, a lack of professionalism that was unfortunately followed by a lack of seriousness. I do not recommend.
