Great experience and overall excellent treatment by the staff. Music was great as well.

Couldn't get menu or any cocktails. Had a bunch of issues with 50 Euro card limit and card replacement.

We waited in line for a half hour and once we arrived they would not let us in and would not tell us why. Quite unfriendly, rude, and unhelpful. I suspect it was because we were foreigners. Not a fan of this place

But of a line to get in which is expected, but a line for the coat hanger that seemed not to end. But it was a great place, nice atmosphere and music

First off, I have to say that I would normally not write a review, even if I had a bad experience somewhere it usually doesn't bother me as much that I have to write a review. Also, I completely understand that lots of reviews for nightclubs might be biased since drunk people are easily offended and the staff is just doing their job. However, the Rive Rouge nightclub is easily the worst nightclub in Lisbon and if I could have given zero stars I would have done so to warn the public about this place. We were three people and went to this club to stand quite some time in the queue. In line, we were finishing some drinks we got from a small store nearby. Finally, we were able to get to the first security line to show our covid certificates and advance further to the bouncers. When we got there, they firstly confirmed that our names are on the guest list. Then it was Carlos (the bald bouncer) time to shine. He gave us a lecture on how impolite it is to finish drinks in queue for a nightclub. Honestly, I have never experienced such an arrogant, insolent and rude bouncer as Carlos. After he redeemed himself with his speech about the drinks, he opened the barrier tape of the queue and told us to leave since we would not respect the club when we were finishing the drinks in the queue. Therefore, we waited a long time in the queue and weren't able to enter because of this bogus argument. Carlos is the worst and most arrogant bouncer I ever experienced and totally ruins this club. The club is the ultimate disappointment and you should avoid it at all costs!

I have rarely seen little professionalism! a reservation made so that in front of the box we are told that it is not possible! sir if you do not know how to manage an establishment leave room for motivated people

Had a reservation, came in when they told us to, and just got told and the entrance that it’s not possible, the doorman didn’t even check his iPad for our reservation. Literally followed the steps they laid out to us to get entrance and were happy to pay for a table and the doorman decided he didn’t want to let us in. Never seen something so unprofessional.

Entrance is controlled in line with COVID safety measures. The staff are all very efficient and friendly. Particularly, the security staff is really good, they do a good job at selecting their staff - attentive and friendly, but still keeping people in check. It was a pleasant experience. The music will depend on personal tarde, but I liked the selection when I was there.
