Ainda estou à espera que me respondam a uma carta registada com aviso de receção que enviei em janeiro, cheguei a falar com uma pessoa supostamente responsável pela parte de obras e sinistros, nem ele nem ninguém sabia de nada, não sabiam de carta nenhuma. Enfim, péssimo Too bad, I don't advise anyone. I am still waiting for a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt that I sent in January to be answered, I even spoke to a person supposedly responsible for the works and claims, neither he nor anyone knew anything, they did not know about any letter. Anyway, lousy
j	joao silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ando a cerca de 1 mês a espera de resolver uma situação devido a ter me caído a chaves pelo elevador, estou sem chaves do prédio... Estão sempre a dizer que o técnico me vai ligar e quem vem cá e até agora nada há 1 dia fui lá perguntar e eles não tinham nada lá apontado .... Fui a casa das chaves que trabalha com o condomínio para fazer, ligam para o condomínio a dar autorização e dizem que teem lá chaves para me dirigir ao escritório para levantar a mesma. Vou ao escritório e dizem que teem de mandar fazer porque não teem chaves disponíveis..... Enfim..... Na qualidade e mau profissionalismo..... E até hoje ainda não tenho o caso resolvido e ainda ando a espera e a tocar aos vizinhos para me abrirem a porta. Tal como também temos um botão do elevador danificado há cerca de quase 2 meses.... E ambos os elevadores não tendo manutenção em dia. I've been waiting for about 1 month to resolve a situation due to having dropped my keys in the elevator, I have no keys to the building... They are always saying that the technician will call me and whoever comes here and so far nothing 1 day ago I went there to ask and they had nothing pointed out there .... I go to the office and they say they have to have it done because they don't have keys available ..... Anyway ..... In quality and poor professionalism ..... And to this day I still don't have the case resolved and I'm still waiting and touching the neighbors to open the door for me. Just as we also have a damaged elevator button for about 2 months... And both elevators are not being maintained up to date.
