★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de todo o staff ser simpático, quando tudo corre bem, mas quando algo não corre bem a atenção para o cliente é nula, tentam sempre salvaguardar-se que o problema não é deles, mas sim do cliente que supostamente teve "azar"... Esta forma de lidar com o cliente qdo corre mal, não é correto! porque as marcas cobrem supostamente defeitos só têm que reclamar, mas dá trabalho... Preferem perder um cliente!
Although all the staff are friendly, when everything goes well, but when something doesn't go well, attention to the customer is null, they always try to safeguard themselves that the problem is not theirs, but the customer who supposedly had "bad luck". .. This way of dealing with the customer when it goes wrong is not correct! because the brands supposedly cover defects they only have to complain, but it takes work... They'd rather lose a customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to be lucky to talk to the right person, went there Saturday, was told by a helpful staff member , quote"come back next week, just show up with no appointment, total cost for the oil change is 45 euro"
Went there yesterday like told, talked to a stressed out staff member, was told the total cost is 65 euro and should wait about 3 hours!!! , after mentioning the total cost that her college gave me just 2 days earlier out, she just got more upset!!!
