Fiz uma reparação à junta da cabeça do carro (valor de 600 euros), a qual desde o início que me deixaram cabos soltos e partiram tubos, e não quiseram tomar responsabilidade.
Passado 2 anos, justo que é algum tempo, nas o carro só fez 15 mil km voltou a aparecer a mesma avaria, dirigi me a outra oficina ( pois deixei de confiar no trabalho deles ) e confirmaram me que o erro foi da roady que deixou os parafusos da cabeça com aperto errado, resultando novamente numa reparação de 600 euros.
Os mesmos não estão minimamente preocupados com os erros que causam.
 Bad experience, I don't recommend it.
I made a repair to the car's head gasket (value of 600 euros), which from the beginning left me loose cables and broke pipes, and they didn't want to take responsibility.
After 2 years, it's just been a while, but the car only traveled 15 thousand km, the same fault reappeared, I went to another garage (because I stopped trusting their work) and they confirmed that the error was the roady's the head screws tightened wrongly, again resulting in a repair of 600 euros.
They are not in the least concerned about the errors they cause.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cobraram o serviço de reparo do meu pneu quando de fato não o fizeram. Por sorte, consegui ver o prego no pneu com o carro ainda no estacionamento, antes de levanta-lo.
Achei um absurdo e ninguém quiz se responsabilizar.
Não confio. Não voltarei.
They charged me for repairing my tire when in fact they didn't. Luckily, I was able to see the nail in the tire with the car still in the parking lot, before lifting it.
I thought it was absurd and nobody wanted to take responsibility.
I do not trust. Will not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vim passar uns dias à Covilhã e no dia de regresso a casa fiquei sem carro. Foram impecáveis e em menos de 2 horas tive o carro arranjado e pronto para fazer uma viagem de regresso a mais de 200 km de distância.

I came to Covilhã to spend a few days and on the day I returned home I was left without a car. They were immaculate and in less than 2 hours I had the car fixed and ready to make a return journey more than 200 km away.
