Uma semana depois meu carro deu problema na embreagem, problema elétrico no vidro, carro desalinhado, fita isolante no motor, etc. Pra arrumar foi um transtorno. Eles me deram um carro alternativo velho pra andar e resolveram o problema. Depois quando fui buscar meu carro, disseram: Está pronto e não me chateies mais. Péssimo, não recomendo. Não confiem neles. When buying, they are super cool. A week later my car had a problem with the clutch, electrical problem with the window, misaligned car, insulating tape on the engine, etc. To fix it was a nuisance. They gave me an old alternative car to drive and they fixed the problem. Then when I went to get my car, they said: It's ready and don't bother me anymore. Terrible, I don't recommend it. Don't trust them.

Já gastei mais de 600 euros em arranjos no mecânico :). E não me deram o papel da inspeção, tive que resolver o problema diretamente com o centro de inspeções e pagar ainda por isso. Não recomendo de todo. UPDATE 2 DE DEZEMBRO 2021: Passaram 2 meses desde que comprei o carro neste negócio de nojo. No primeiro mês esteve o tempo todo no mecânico. No total ficou em 800 euros. Mas o pesadelo não acabou. O carro tem também um problema do foro mecânico. Todas as semanas desde que comprei o carro fui pelo menos 1x ao mecânico. Já não aguento mais. Não façam os erros que fiz e não comprem carros aqui. Nunca. Vou tentar escrever no livro de reclamações para que fique registado. UPDATE 16 DE MARÇO 2022: Na impossibilidade de ir escrever no livro de reclamações decidi escrever o meu descontentamento no instagram deles. Guess what, esta gente hipócrita decidiu apagar os meus comentários e bloquear a minha conta. NÃO COMPREM CARROS AQUI, nem que não seja pela vossa saúde mental :) I bought a car, they didn't see the air in the tires, the gas float doesn't work, it came without a jack and tire wrench, they weren't honest. I've spent more than 600 euros on repairs at the mechanic :). And they didn't give me the inspection paper, I had to solve the problem directly with the inspection center and still pay for it. I don't recommend it at all. UPDATE DECEMBER 2, 2021: It's been 2 months since I bought the car in this disgusting deal. In the first month, he was at the mechanic all the time. In total it was 800 euros. But the nightmare is not over. The car also has a mechanical problem. Every week since I bought the car I went to the mechanic at least once. I can't take it anymore. Don't make the mistakes I made and don't buy cars here. Never. I'll try to write it in the complaints book so it stays registered. UPDATE MARCH 16, 2022: In the impossibility of going to write in the complaints book I decided to write my displeasure on their instagram. Guess what, these hypocritical people decided to delete my comments and block my account. DON'T BUY CARS HERE, even if it's not for your mental health :)

Aconselho a comprar com garantia porque como eles vendem muitos carros é difícil fazerem a revisão do carro de uma forma total e assim evitam dizer mal de um stand que é impecável. Comprei um carro ( citroen c4 coupé) com o Sr.Ricardo que só tenho a dizer bem. Sempre prestável e disponível, nem quando levei o carro para o serviço pós-venda e não pedi um carro de substituição não me deixaram ficar mal, levaram me a casa. Por isso sempre fui bem tratado e não tenho nada que apontar, resolveram qualquer problema que tenha existido. Recomendo. Boas vendas. I advise buying with warranty because as they sell a lot of cars it is difficult to review the car in a total way and thus avoid saying bad about a stand that is immaculate. I bought a car (citroen c4 coupé) with Sr.Ricardo that I can only say well. Always helpful and available, even when I took the car for after-sales service and didn't ask for a replacement car, they didn't let me down, they took me home. That's why I was always treated well and I have nothing to point out, they solved any problem that may have existed. I recommend. Good sales.

Todos os prazos prometidos foram cumpridos, e ainda por cima cuidaram do seguro e da transferência do veículo. Muito obrigado a todos da Rocha Automóveis Perafita pelo excelente atendimento. C	Carlos Almeida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comprei um carro ai e veio com problemas, disseram que vinha com filtro de partículas e que tinha que fazer um x quilómetros para o carro n pegar fogo, quando foi ver já não tinha filtro de partículas , andar deitava muito fumo perto, foi para la fazer duas revisões e sempre falei para me verem o turbo, nesta ultima vezes que foi para la para fazer uma reparação e eles nem o turbo viram e danificaram me o turbo, 3 dias antes da garantia acabar foi la para deixar o carro para eles verem o que se disseram para deixar o carro dia 10 de fevereiro uns dias depois ligaram a dizer que podia o carro dia 8 mas que já não tinha garantia mas podia deixar la o carro que eles viam o que era e faziam um orçamento, Nunca comprei carro aqui.
