Portimão has one of the last and most notable untapped strongholds of the Algarve coast!
João de Arens is located at the base of the tip of the cliff that gave its name, in the face West. According to the popular, the name emerged by a pastor named John of Arens that have inhabited its vicinity.
On this tour you will not find the hustle and bustle of other places! It is a quiet ride, without recreational boats constantly polluting the sounds and the scenery.
Paddle along the cliffs, visit caves and beaches that are difficult to access by land.

You can also get information about weather, waves and the best time to surf on a day. Everything perfect. We will come back next year for sure!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cool shop - great selection of clothing, surf gear and services such as board rentals, surf lessons and surf trips. The store has quality stuff so the prices are a little higher than other shops but totally reasonable and also justifiable. This is the best surf shop that i saw while in the Algarve.
The owner was really nice and friendly, talked with us for a long time and also made great recommendations for the rest of our trip. I was a bit sad that i didn't buy anything from him. He's a great guy.
