★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought a kitchen through a Danish company and my kitchen sink is from RODI. After four years, one of the components of the sink broke and I could not get any help from the company that sold me the kitchen and I also couldn't find it anywhere on websites in DK. After a couple of frustrating weeks, I decided to contact RODI as a manufacturer and I was NOT dissapointed by their service. I received a reply from Nuno Figueiredo, an Export Area Manager, and he immediately found the spare part and let me know that I could arrange for a parcel pickup. Nuno even informed me that I would not be charged for the spare part! All in all, I was super impressed by the customer service level of RODI and especially by Nuno. Would recommend them and their products all day long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had any business transactions with this company however this afternoon near V.N Milfontes I had a very bad experience with one of their drivers!
This is what happened,
I was driving in a 50km/h zone at which time the driver came up behind me at high speed and flashed his lights for me to go faster. I did not do this however asap I put some distance between myself and the lorry. As the speed zones frequently change along this stretch of road the driver caught up with me in a 30km/h zone at which time he overtook me while trying to push me in to the ditch!
This drivers actions are reprehensible and although there is no formal video on my part showing this, the driver endangered the lives of myself and my passenger, other road users and not to mention himself.
