 Having an animal in your care and letting it get away is too serious. I hope the little dog is found healthy and alive, by her, not by you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles somem com uma cachorra, e só depois que a dona vai buscar que eles falam que sumiu. Se fosse uma criança seria penalizado, mas infelizmente não tem lei para os Pets. Agora a cachorrinha esta perdida, passando frio e fome, longe do lar por causa desses irresponsáveis que não estão nem aí.
They disappear with a dog, and it's only after the owner goes to pick them up that they say she's gone. If it was a child it would be penalized, but unfortunately there is no law for Pets. Now the puppy is lost, cold and hungry, far from home because of these irresponsible people who don't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveria ter a opção zero estrelas!!!! Empresa que age com irresponsabilidades, falta de profissionalismo, falta de empatia, falta de TUDO! Deixamos a Kiara para o banho dia 11/01/22 e quando fomos buscá-la ela simplesmente não estava lá!! Ninguém se quer nos ligou para avisar o ocorrido! QUE EMPRESA É ESSA? que seu PET “FOGE” e ninguém se quer avisa a dona!
Não mostraram importância nenhuma com essa situação, e não fizeram absolutamente nada para achar a Kiara até agora!! Indignação por esses “profissionais” que de profissional não tem ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA!
Should have zero stars option!!!! Company that acts with irresponsibility, lack of professionalism, lack of empathy, lack of EVERYTHING! We left Kiara for a bath on 01/11/22 and when we went to pick her up she just wasn't there!! No one wants to call us to let us know what happened! WHAT COMPANY IS THIS? that your PET "FLEES" and no one wants to warn the owner!
They didn't show any importance to this situation, and did absolutely nothing to find Kiara until now!! Indignation for these “professionals” who have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING as a professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner speaks English and is helpful, shop looks modern and clean. If owner hasn't got what you're looking for, he will try his utmost to order it and will notify you when it has arrived. Dogs and cats are the focus here. Google maps will confuse you when near the shop, so use your eyes the last bit of the way.
