Rosamar is located 3 minutes walking distance to the Armação de Pêra beach. It includes a total of 42 apartments, 35 are type T1 (one bedroom units) and 7 are T2 (two bedroom units). All apartments have telephone, free Wi-Fi access, air conditioning, a safe, kitchenette and bathroom fully equipped.
From Rosamar, access to restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket, bank, pharmacy and services such as hairdressing and aesthetics are just a short walk away.
On the beach in addition to the sea and sun bathing, various nautical sports and amusements are offered by a wide range of professionals, namely, visiting the caves, Scuba Diving, fishing, among others.
Armação de Pêra is also a fishermen's land and the local restaurant offers the best of the sea's gastronomy, both in terms of fish and seafood caught in the Algarve coast. Early in the morning, at the auction, you can watch the fish being discharged and sold from that day, and who knows - you might find that same fish on your plate that you saw, at one of Armação´s restaurants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Clean and well kept apartments does have elevator access and a atm outside the hotel. Interior is a tiny bit dated but staff is very pleasant to deal with and are very helpful when looking for places to eat or if you need a taxi they will ring for you. Located barely a minute from the beach any closer and you fall from your bed into the sea! Only downside is past a certain time for the area there is no night life but there are some lovely restaurants in the area Like picolinnos and all drinks are cheap beers from 1.50 and wines from 2.50 camt go wrong there. Air Conditioning in the apartment is to die for it is so cool and icy. Would be a perfect destination for a quiet romantic holiday and is only 15 mins from the Benagil caves worth a tour. Also very close to slide and splash and zoo marine which I would also reccomend trying!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to stay, beds changed and cleaned every other day, good size rooms, 2 minute walk to the beach and everything you need shops ect. Very friendly staff. We arrived at 1am so check in was closed but a number to call was left on the door, a lady came within 5 minutes and showed us to our room then we checked in at 9am the next morning. Will definitely come back here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes its a bit dated but its all in great order, the place is spotless and the apartment was a very good size. Just need to watch your head at the cooking area, the beach is less than 1 minute away and the views along the seafront are glorious. Big thanks to the cleaners for all their hard work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the perfect place for an older couple. It is in a quite location with only a minute walk from the beach. It was lovely to stay in with amazing air conditioning which is a must only thing is there isn’t air con in the bed room. The interior is a little old fashioned but nothing to worry about. It may not be the spot where you have a lot of party life if that’s what your in to but other than that was lovely.
