Acordaram uma carrinha de 10 metros cúbicos, apareceu uma com 7 metros cúbicos;
Aguardei 2h para rececionar uma carrinha com as dimensões acordadas;
Daniel, o suposto sócio gerente nem sabe a capacidade da sua frota e muito menos tem aptidão ou vontade para carregar cargas...
Enfim, o serviço foi salvo pelo João (funcionário) que sabe servir e é extremamente prestável.
They negotiated a price and 30min before the agreed time they added another 10 €;
A 10 cubic meter van woke up, one with 7 cubic meters appeared;
I waited 2h to receive a van with the agreed dimensions;
Daniel, the alleged managing partner doesn't even know the capacity of his fleet and much less has the aptitude or desire to load cargo ...
Anyway, the service was saved by João (employee) who knows how to serve and is extremely helpful.
