★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a principal rua de Matosinhos. É pena que a Câmara Municipal tenha transformado a rua em Betão. As duas anteriores versões da Rua eram muito mais agradáveis e verdes. A rua continua com muito potencial, mas tem que sofrer intervenção camarário de modo a revitalizar o comércio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após as obras de transformação que a Câmara fez na rua,não agradou aos comerciantes .Não havia estacionamento, porque os lugares eram ocupados o dia todo pelos funcionários dos estabelecimentos ,mesmo a rua sendo pedonal. Voltou a alterar a rua para passar o metro, porque os comerciantes achavam que o metro trazia mais pessoas, mas o mesmo as levava.
Pensavam que era toda a vida a Santa Catarina de Matosinhos.
