Péssima esperiencia, comprei uma poltrona no Sábado, sendo que perguntei a atendente se caso não ficasse bem no ambiente se poderia haver troca, a atendente perguntou ao proprietário e foi respondido que sim. Retornei na Segunda - feira para realizar a troca, pois a poltrona não ficou bem em nenhum ambiente, mal havia entrado na loja, já fui recebida por um dos proprietários, que me disse que não faria a troca da mesma, usando o argumento da restrição do Covid... O engraçado é que no dia que fiz a compra da cadeira, observei e comentei inclusive com a atendente que a loja estava cheia pessoas, não havia critério para o número de pessoas dentro da loja, loja BAGUNÇADA, SUJA, APERTADA , as pessoas estavam uma por cima da outra, e não havia preocupação alguma dos proprietários que estavam na loja em relação ao covid!!! Mas, para realizar a troca o impedimento era o covid... PALHAÇADA , SÓ ESTÃO INTERESSADOS NO DINHEIRO DO CLIENTE E NÃO HÁ CONSIDERAÇÃO ALGUMA COM A SATISFAÇÃO DO CLIENTE! ! NÃO RECOMENDO... Too bad I can't give ZERO STAR !! Bad experience, I bought an armchair on Saturday, and I asked the attendant if it didn't fit in the room if there could be an exchange, the attendant asked the owner and was answered yes. I returned on Monday to carry out the exchange, as the armchair did not look good in any environment, I had barely entered the store, I was already received by one of the owners, who told me that he would not exchange it, using the restriction argument of Covid... The funny thing is that on the day I made the purchase of the chair, I observed and even commented to the attendant that the store was full of people, there was no criteria for the number of people inside the store, MESSY, DIRTY, TIGHT store, people were a over the other, and there was no concern from the owners who were in the store regarding the covid!!! But, to make the exchange, the impediment was the covid... CLOWN, THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN THE CUSTOMER'S MONEY AND THERE IS NO CONSIDERATION WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND...
