A residencial é bastante rústica. Espaço bastante limpo e isso realmente dá-lhe grande mérito. Minimalista, antiquada, adequada aos preços praticados. A estrutura do edificio é realmente muito antiga, em alguns locais com marvas evidentes da passagem dos anos. O quarto onde fiquei não era nada confortável, tinha uma torneira a pingar a noite toda, o colchão tinha uma placa de madeira por cima, foi forrado novamente com uma cobertura fina por cima da madeira, pelo que a sensação era de estar a dormir no chão ou a fazer campismo e não de estar numa cama... Very clean space and this really gives it great merit. Minimalist, old fashioned, adequate to the prices practiced. The structure of the building is really very old, in some places with evident marvas from the years. I don't give any stars... a place with horrible fans I'm sorry. But not to spend a single night. Room with tobacco smell, the photos are deceiving.

É fraco,não servem pequeno almoço,e quando perguntei se tinham um iogurte, trouxeram me dois k já tinha terminado o prazo de validade á cerca de duas semanas. I stayed one night in this place and I hope I don't come back again! I didn't like it at all....?? It's weak, they don't serve breakfast, and when I asked if they had a yoghurt, they brought me two k had already expired for about two weeks.

Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Cleanliness and hygiene are zero, there are no sheets on the beds, no pillowcases, no waiting staff at the reception. We were about to freeze from the cold, we barely escaped. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Personal muy amable y, gran limpieza y cuidado de las habitaciones. Gran relación calidad-precio, con una tarifa muy económica. Cabe destacar su insuperable ubicación, en pleno centro de Vila Real. Fully recommended !!! I stayed for a long-term stay and from the first moment I felt like family. Very friendly staff and great cleaning and care of the rooms. Great value for money, with a very cheap rate. It is worth noting its unbeatable location, in the heart of Vila Real.
