He came from Portugal and was suppose to land at jfk as talked to the travel agent Sandra Brito. But instead she booked him to a completely different state. Then argued with me for days telling me the airport he's landing in is still in New York. Very rude, unprofessional, and pushy. Go with someone else for your travel needs.
