Por último saliento a amabilidade do Manuel (sócio gerente) da forma como me recebeu e pelo entusiasmo quando explica cada detalhe do processo da conserva.

Top, the only Canning factory in Portimão, handcrafted and with great care, several Canned and great flavors, a new and promising concept. Finally, I emphasize Manuel's kindness (managing partner) in the way he received me and for his enthusiasm when he explains every detail of the preserving process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito saborosas, quase nem parecem conservas parecendo mais um paté ou uma salada de peixe, mas feitos na hora. Provei o pack de 8 e gostei em particular do Olhalvo e do Atum com Batata Doce. Óptimo para tostas. Parabéns!
Very tasty, they almost don't look like preserves, looking more like a paté or a fish salad, but freshly made. I tried the pack of 8 and particularly liked the Olhaalvo and Tuna with Sweet Potato. Great for toast. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Молодое, перспективное и динамично развивающееся предприятие. Владелец фабрики очень обстоятельно познакомил нас с тонкостями и секретами производства вкуснейших рыбных консервов. Приятно удивило разнообразие (треска, тунец, скумбрия, liça или tainha (разновидность кефалевых), ставрида) и необычность продукции - консервы из скумбрии с миндалем и тунца с бататом… Посещение и дегустация фабрики была в рамках обучения с группой аккредитованных гидов Алгарве. По возможности обязательно побывайте!
Young, perspective and dynamically developing enterprise. The owner of the factory very thoroughly introduced us to the intricacies and secrets of the production of delicious canned fish. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety (cod, tuna, mackerel, liça or tainha (a variety of mullet), horse mackerel) and the unusualness of the products - canned mackerel with almonds and tuna with sweet potato ... The visit and tasting of the factory was part of the training with a group of accredited Algarve guides. Be sure to visit if possible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ D’excellentes conserves artisanales de poissons. Différentes variétés de poissons aux recettes originales exécutées à la façon des bocaux de nos grand-mères. Les poissons sont choisis minutieusement à la criée toute proche et les pêcheurs locaux avec petits bateaux sont privilégiés. Tout comme pour les différents légumes et épices utilisés dans les préparations. Le local et le naturel est recherché. Ni colorants, ni conservateurs. Vraiment, d’excellents produits.
Excellent homemade canned fish. Different varieties of fish with original recipes executed in the style of our grandmothers' jars. The fish are carefully selected at the nearby auction and local fishermen with small boats are preferred. Just like for the different vegetables and spices used in the preparations. The local and the natural is sought after. No colorings or preservatives. Really great products.
