Além da gastronomia, também o contexto paisagístico em que se insere e o bom gosto da decoração da sala são argumentos de destaque.
 The dedication and extreme professionalism of the brothers Luísa and Francisco give rise to the result of excellence that goes by the name of Sabores da Quinta.
For family reasons, they left Porto from an early age to dedicate themselves to family businesses in Fermil and opened this restaurant of excellence, which now has a terrace, with a fatherly impulse.
The service is impeccable and the value for money practically unbeatable.
In addition to the gastronomy, the landscape context in which it operates and the good taste of the room's decoration are also outstanding arguments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francisco's little petisco small plates of sardines escabeche, fried calf’s livers, and galega olives were a triumph but it was the poached hake à la pescada cozida and tenderly roasted pork knee à la joelho de porco assado that took this meal to the next level altogether. Much like the accompanying Quinta da Raza wines, every bite was a window onto new worlds. Francisco, Muito obrigado por refeição!
