Quando o fui buscar não dei conta, mas quando o vesti apercebi-me de um defeito no tecido na parte de trás do casaco. Esse defeito não estava visível com as linhas, mas quem tirou as linhas de certeza que o viu mas deixou-se estar. Num fato de 799€ o controlo de qualidade deixa muito a desejar.
Mas pior mesmo é o que sucede atualmente. Levei o fato à Sacoor Norteshopping para reportar o defeito no ínicio do mês de Outubro e lá deixei o meu contcto. Mais de 1 mês depois ainda não tive notícias de suas Execelências. Nem um ponto de situação, NADA!
I bought a € 799 suit on sale and asked to adjust the pants and remove the threads to get it ready for use. When I picked it up I didn't realize it, but when I put it on I noticed a defect in the fabric on the back of the coat. This defect was not visible with the lines, but whoever took the lines for sure that saw it but let himself be. In a fact of 799 € the quality control leaves a lot to be desired.
But even worse is what is happening today. I took the suit to Sacoor Norteshopping to report the defect at the beginning of October and left my contact there. More than 1 month later, I still haven't heard from your Executions. Not a state of play, NOTHING!
