Ogy is the best concierge :) and Eva manages to turn what is normally a deeply embarrassing experience into something relaxed and fun.

Sempre que lá vou sou recebida com o maior carinho por ela e pelo seu cãozinho que na verdade recebe bem todos os clientes. Pertence à casa e nota-se perfeitamente que é um animal feliz e bem tratado. Já assisti a fugas pontuais para a ao ver outros cães passar no exterior (perfeitamente normais em animais) e que deixam toda a gente no salão nervosa e de coração nas mãos por causa da estrada. Nunca vi o animal ser mal tratado, antes pelo contrário. Não há qualquer tipo de violência gratuita com este animal. É uma pena que as pessoas não parem para perguntar ou tentar saber o que aconteceu antes de vir para aqui espalhar ódio. I go to the Salão da Eva once a month for permanent hair removal. Whenever I go there, I am received with the greatest affection by her and her little dog, who actually welcomes all the customers. It belongs to the house and you can clearly see that it is a happy and well-groomed animal. I've seen occasional escapes to see other dogs passing by outside (perfectly normal for animals) and that leave everyone in the salon nervous and with their hearts in their hands because of the road. I have never seen the animal treated badly, quite the contrary. There is no gratuitous violence whatsoever with this animal. It's a shame people don't stop to ask or try to find out what happened before they came here to spread hate.

During this time, I have had the pleasure of getting to know her personally, and I can assure you that she is this sweet and kind person, incapable of hurting a fly!! In her personal life, Eva has three dogs and loves all kinds of animals. She passionately stands for animal rights by frequently attending demonstrations!!! I find this comment hurtful and out of character as it solely intends to hurt the reputation and good nature of this bussiness!!! I can also assure that out of everyone I know, Eva is probably the person who adores animals the most. She even brings her dog to work, while working with her clients, out of pity of leaving it home alone!! I would kindly ask you to delete the comment as it does not reflect the reality of the situation and has caused enough pain and stress already.

As a dog owner myself I was shocked and traumatized by this horrible incident of animal mistreatment. Would you trust your beauty care into the hands of someone who cannot even treat their pets with tender loving care?
D	Demenctriz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eva has always been an animal lover. She has two german Shepherd and one small dog. I'm pretty sure that what you saw, Nicolas Paganini, wasn't animal cruelty. Oggi, the small dog you saw, sometimes tries to go out to the middle of the street whenever he sees a dog and Eva always puts him back. Eva always treats him kindly and loves to help other animals. She even helped my baby Egas when he was in need of surgery and I needed help with the money. The situation you saw, 'cause I was there at the salon, was simply Eva trying to put him back inside with the help of her feet and couldn't do it with both her hands 'cause she had gloves and chemicals on both of them. So no, she was NOT kicking the poor animal. If you only knew how much she loves animals and the amazing activist heart she has when it comes to animals, you would be surprised.
