★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma devolução de duas prendas de natal, acabamos por ficar uma hora na loja enquanto 6 pessoas tentavam encontrar o cartão para poder fazer devolução para cartão de crédito. Não deram o talão da camisola que se trocou apenas um vale de compras depois de ter pedido o reembolso em cartão ou em dinheiro resposta da empregada "agora já está".
Desorganização total. Não tínhamos o ticket do cartão e a empregada foi capaz de ler as letras pequenas como é preciso o tal ticket para fazer devolucoes o que foi uma intervenção dessa empregada ridícula. Nem um pedido desculpas pelo tempo passado em loja. Se querem comprar coisas que sejam possíveis devolver esta loja não é uma boa opção.
A return of two Christmas presents, we ended up spending an hour in the store while 6 people tried to find the card in order to return it to a credit card. They didn't give the ticket for the shirt, which was just exchanged for a shopping voucher after having asked for a refund in a card or in cash from the maid's answer "now it's over".
Total disorganization. We didn't have the ticket for the card and the maid was able to read the small print how it takes such a ticket to make returns which was an intervention by this ridiculous maid. Not an apology for the time spent in the store. If you want to buy things that are possible to return this store is not a good option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told that all the clothes sold here are Made in Portugal and if this is the case then we produce very good things. This should be exported. Why not open stores in other countries? The employees are very friendly and helpful. They were always providing alternatives if an option was missing. The prices in the Outlet invite you to buy more than you were thinking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a Christmas gift from that store, and wanted to exchange it because it didn't fit.
They had nothing useful or nice, and their clothes were super low quality for the prices, so I asked for a refund. We had to wait over an hour for people to find the receipt and nobody cared to even offer an apology. They complicated things too much and tried to make it impossible.
Will never shop from there again
