A menos de 7 dias da chegada o proprietário pede ao cliente para ele trazer os seus lençóis e toalhas! Sente-se falta de profissionalismo e incapacidade de ajudar o cliente. Lamento. Please note that the ad on booking.com does not match reality! There is no indication of whether sheets and towels are to be provided. Less than 7 days before arrival, the owner asks the customer to bring their sheets and towels! There is a lack of professionalism and an inability to help the client. Am sorry.

Ideal para quem quiser conhecer verdadeiramente os cantos à Serra. A propriedade é atravessada por uma ribeira de águas límpidas e frescas, que corre sobre enormes pedras graníticas antes de se lançar numa pequena e bela cascata. A anfitriã é uma pessoa muito simpática, com bom gosto e com classe. Voltarei, certamente! Obrigado. A privileged place for those who want to rest for a few days, in perfect harmony with nature, in rustic granite houses, well decorated, in the heart of Serra da Estrela. Ideal for those who want to truly know the corners of the Serra. The property is crossed by a stream of clear and fresh water, which runs over huge granite rocks before launching into a small and beautiful waterfall. The hostess is a very friendly person, with good taste and class. I will be back for sure! Thanks.

Pedi férias no trabalho e organizei a minha vida de forma a ir gozar lá um fim de semana. Passado meses contactei de novo a anfitriã e ela disse que eu não tinha agendado nada e que nunca tínhamos falado antes, não pediu desculpa pelo lapso nem tentou remediar a situação. Mostrou ser uma pessoa muito desorganizada, sem nenhum profissionalismo e sem preocupação pelo bem estar dos "clientes". Worst host ever! I contacted the hostess to make an appointment, I thought I was done. I asked for a vacation at work and organized my life in order to go there for a weekend. Months later I contacted the hostess again and she said that I hadn't booked anything and that we had never spoken before, she didn't apologize for the lapse or try to remedy the situation. He proved to be a very disorganized person, with no professionalism and no concern for the well-being of "customers".

Comprei uma experiência na Odisseia e contactei telefonicamente a anfitriã para fazer o agendamento, pensei eu que tinha ficado tudo tratado. Por iniciativa própria enviei um email para deixar registado por escrito a informação do agendamento ter sido acordado. Passados cerca de 2 meses voltei a ligar para saber se estava tudo certo, ao qual ela me diz que eu não tinha agendamento nenhum feito da minha parte... não pediu desculpa pelo lapso, mas deu-me a sua palavra de que no dia seguinte me iria enviar por email as datas que ainda tinha vagas, nunca recebi nenhum email com essa informação! Até hoje foi o pior contacto que tive com alguém da área do turismo e alojamento local... uma falta de respeito pelo cliente. Inacreditável.... I do not recommend!! K	Karolyn Morovati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ana and Paulo were very friendly hosts with their two lovely serra da estrelas.The house is rustic and is situated at 1500 meter of altitude, close to waterfalls and beautiful landscape, ideal for walks in nature. It was very peaceful and full of homage to JLB. My only suggestion is to update the kitchen utensils especially for guests who use the kitchen. Greetings.
