A	Alessia Greselin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended experience if you are in Lisbon and want to try surf in Portugal :) this was my first surfing experience and I really enjoyed the 2 hours lesson with the instructor! The explanation was clear and I appreciated that we first tried the steps on the beach out of the water and later we went inside the water. I ended the lesson with a very pleasant feeling, I would have liked to extend my stay there to surf again :)

Review of Surf Experience in Cascais Pending review Hello everyone, We were traveling in Portugal with my family (two children 7 and 10 years old) and spontaneously decided to try surfing. Andre from Salt Souls answered all questions very quickly and arranged for us an individual instructor for the next day. Everything went according to plan, on time and was very thought out: from theoretical information, fun preparation on the shore to conquering our first wave on our own) During the lesson, we perfectly understood each other in English, each of us was given due time, it was very comfortable, as if we were taught by a friend we have known for a long time (Hi Afonso!). After the course, the guys gave us the opportunity to leave the children in their camp, but unfortunately we had to go further along the route. But literally in the evening we decided to take a second lesson and the guys invited us to the second beach with higher waves - it was amazing! There we were fully convinced that it was necessary to go on medium or large waves after passing the lesson on small waves) This once again shows the professional approach to training on the surf of Andre and his team. In terms of value for money, this is the best deal in Portugal. We highly recommend Salted Souls, both for group and individual lessons! We will definitely come to you again! Dmitry from Prague

There, changed into a wet suit and carried our board down to the beach. The class was very chill and informative. (Of course, this class reminded me that I need to work out more ?). Highly recommended!

It was our first time surfing and with great guidance from our instructor, Ricardo, we managed to surf our first waves. Additionally, the company reply emails extremely fast, help us coordinate our trip the day before and selected perfect timing to get the best waves of the day. Overall, highly recommended if you are in Cascais and want to try your first waves.

They also took the time to understand and plan surfs daily based on my surf skill level and surf conditions! Ricardo and João made sure to take me to the best spots with the best conditions each day, gave me tips for each surf spot before and in the water, gave me advice to improve my surfing, and made sure I caught plenty of waves!! Ricardo also took me to some local restaurants, gave local knowledge and info on Cascais, but most of all, they were sooo friendly and made sure I was having fun whilst being safe and comfortable in the water! Ricardo was definitely outstanding! I'm already an experienced surfer and he directly asked me about my past experiences surfing and in sport in general. He was immediately able to adapt his lesson to me and gave me a lot of helpful tips. What I also loved was that he teaches about the culture of surfing and the respect to the ocean and other surfers. A true Waterman! We can feel he loves what he does! Thank you Salty Souls Surf School. I will definitely plan my next surf trips to come visit you again!
