★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há uns anos comprei um saco de viagem para fatos da marca Samsonite. Para segurar a roupa tem uma barra de plastico com duas prezilhas de borracha uma de cada lado. Partiram-se e mandei para a Samsonite para reparar.
Recebi o saco de volta com um relatorio tecnico que dizia simplesmente: Artigo antigo e/ou descontinuado e não existem componentes de reparação na marca.
Quando comprei o saco disseram-me que esta marca tinha sempre reparação, pelos vistos não, e para mim esta marca acabou.
A few years ago I bought a Samsonite brand travel bag. To hold the clothes there is a plastic bar with two rubber pins one on each side. They broke and I sent to Samsonite to repair.
I received the bag back with a technical report that said simply: Old and / or discontinued article and there are no repair components in the brand.
When I bought the bag I was told that this brand was always repairable, apparently not, and for me this brand is over.
