Tudo tratado com muito cuidado, desde as roupas de cama até a limpeza. Recomendo de verdade pois além do apartamento ser aconchegante, está em uma localização perfeita, com vista para o mar!
 My arrival in Portugal exceeded expectations with the reception of Luís and also with the organization and comfort of the apartment. Everything treated with great care, from the bedding to cleaning. I really recommend it because besides the apartment being cozy, it is in a perfect location, overlooking the sea!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante toda a nossa estadia no apartamento sentimo-nos verdadeiramente em casa. O Joao é um anfitriao que nos faz sentir benvindos, com todas as explicacoes acerca da casa, das redondezas e com tantos detalhes que mimam quem tem o privilegio de usufruir do seu apartamento que esta super bem localizado, a escassos metros da praia e de uma simpatica mas pequena e pacata zona comercial dotada de pastelaria/padaria, talho, mercearia gourmet, cabeleireiro, restaurantes e ate uma florista. Os 2 quartos do apartamento têm optimos armarios com imenso espaco para arrumacao de roupas e malas de viagem, a cozinha e sala de refeicoes estao super bem equipadas, a sala de estar é muito confortável e tem optima iluminacao quer para ler quer para ver TV, e o wc com o walking shower espacoso tornam a casa fantastica. Em resumo, sao 4 os pontos fortissimos para preferir este apartamento:
a. O profissionalismo e disponibilidade do anfitriao
b. A extrema limpeza de todas as divisoes
c. O bom gosto com que está decorado
d. A optima localizacao
Throughout our stay in the apartment we feel truly at home. Joao is a host who makes us feel welcome, with all the explanations about the house, the surroundings and with so many details that pamper those who have the privilege of enjoying their apartment, which is very well located, a few meters from the beach and a friendly but small and quiet shopping area with pastry / bakery, butcher, gourmet grocery store, hairdresser, restaurants and even a florist. The 2 bedrooms of the apartment have great closets with plenty of space for storing clothes and suitcases, the kitchen and dining room are very well equipped, the living room is very comfortable and has great lighting both for reading and watching TV, and the bathroom with the spacious walking shower make the house fantastic. In summary, there are 4 strong points to prefer this apartment:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Луіш - господар, відразу став найкращим другом і порадником у Ештурилі! Від моменту бронювання і навіть після виселення ми могли повністю розраховувати на його підтримку.
Помешкання ідеальне! Чисто, зручні ліжка, чарівний вид на океан з обох балконів. Балкони - то окрема розмова: на одному ви маєте обідню терасу + гамак для читання, інший - затишний лаундж , де гарно спостерігати , як ніч накриває берег океану.
Кухня була викликом мого знання інструментів куховарства. Будь яку хитру річ ,яку можна собі уявити , ви знайдете у зручних шафках і шуфлядках.
Видається, що апартаменти були розраховані для комфортного тривалого проживання самого господаря. Тож не могло бути незручно.
Навколо розвинена інфраструктура.
Пляж зовсім поруч.
Ці апартаменти - найкращий вибір!
Luis - the owner, immediately became the best friend and adviser in Esthuril! From the moment of booking and even after the eviction, we could fully count on his support.
The apartment is perfect! Clean, comfortable beds, charming ocean views from both balconies. Balconies are a separate conversation: on one you have a dining terrace + a hammock for reading, the other - a cozy lounge, where it is nice to watch the night cover the ocean.
The kitchen was a challenge to my knowledge of cooking tools. You will find any tricky thing you can imagine in convenient lockers and drawers.
It seems that the apartment was designed for a comfortable long stay of the owner. So it couldn't be uncomfortable.
The infrastructure is developed around.
The beach is very close.
These apartments are the best choice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a super apartment. It is spotlessly clean, modern and well equipped. We stayed for 10 nights and we were very comfortable. It is in a great location, close to the beach and grocery shops. It’s a very pleasant walk along the promenade to Cascais, passing plenty of good local restaurants en route.
João is a fantastic host. He met us at check in and provided lots of local tips and recommendations. He was always available to help if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was amazing, the place was accurate as the pictures and all the offering was as described. Clean, nice, well furnished apartment and very close to the beach (just a few minutes walk). The most important was the host, Joao is a very friendly person, he made sure to help us with the arrival, check in and also had some groceries for us. He is very kind and always helpful anytime, communication was perfect and always replied quick giving advise and best options around the accommodation. Also he was very kind on our stay while celebrating my father’s birthday and managed to leave a present for us on our stay, very nice. The area around is beautiful and traveling around was a great adventure. If I am in Portugal again I will definitely stay in this apartment. Rooms, kitchen and living room were perfect and the hammock was a gift. Really enjoyed there. If you can please stay there, its is worth it.

The place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around and also with public transportation to Lisbon. It is literally a 10 minute walk to the train station, but it’s also very central at walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. The whole place made us feel at ease.
It is a very tidy, lovely, quiet and spacious apartment equipped with everything one needs - with a terrace with a view to the ocean.
Estoril’s is also a very lovely place; the main beach is set just across the road from the Parque do Estoril with its cafes and restaurants. Praia de Tamariz is a fine stretch of golden sand backed by a seafront promenade which runs all the way to Cascais in the west, and a couple of beaches in the Lisbon direction.
The communication with Joao was very easy and quick, he was very helpful since the beginning available whenever we had any questions. He helped make our stay comfortable and memorable.
We would definitely come again!
Would absolutely recommend staying there!
