I went to the pear branch where the opening hours are from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and the opening hours are from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at 1:10 pm and the bank is closed and I need to go to the bank. bad professionalism get misleading information

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganz schlimm Meine Mutter hat 2 mal eine Überweisung getätigt 2 mal die Bestätigung schriftlich bekommen und 2 mal einfach nichts angekommen. Wenn man anruft hat keiner eine Ahnung und sagen unterschiedliche Dinge !!!
So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt .. Die drücken dann auch einfach weg.. nach mehrfachen anrufen ?
Very bad. My mother made a transfer twice, twice received the confirmation in writing and twice simply did not receive anything. When you call nobody has a clue and say different things!
I've never experienced anything like it before .. They just press away .. after multiple calls ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In plain summer, with lots of people in algarve, this branch only had one cashier opened, and the ATM wasn't working with full services such as deposits. I had to wait near 40minutes to get my things done. Terrible experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used the outside cash dispenser on Sunday 26Mar2017 at 12:58pm and only received 160 Euros of the 200 requested, due to bank machine error. Sought redress the next day which was acknowledged as bank problem, but yet to receive the missing money!
