★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não se entrega uma viaturz ao cliente em cujos pneus foram rodados sem verificar a pressão dos mesmos. O facto requereu assistência em outra oficina. Muito mau.
 A viaturz is not delivered to the customer in whose tires they were driven without checking the pressure of the tires. This required assistance in another workshop. Too bad.

Ligei para fazer uma revisão ao carro, e na secção de mecânica, telefonista Liliana, muito rude, peço orçamento e parece que está a fazer um frete,sempre a contrariar.
E AINDA POR CIMA DIZ QUE AS CAIXAS MUDANÇAS TRABALHAM A SECO !??? What ??
e a teimar, nem penses que vou por ai o carro, ainda peço A e fazem B.
Horrível.

AND STILL ABOVE SAYS THAT CHANGING BOXES WORK DRY! ??? What ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há mais de 20 anos que sou cliente e sempre fui bem atendida. Porém o atendimento mudou. Desde ontem que tento telefonar para marcar a revisão do carro, na Audi Alfragide. Não consigo o contacto, automaticamente a chamada é transferida para a assistência em viagem!
Já fiz várias tentativas, já deixei o meu contacto mas, até ao momento, sem sucesso! Atendimento lamentável!

I have been a customer for over 20 years and have always been well attended. However the service changed. Since yesterday I have tried to call to review the car at Audi Alfragide. I can't get the contact, the call is automatically transferred to roadside assistance!
I've made several attempts, I've already left my contact but, so far, without success! Regrettable service!
