Realizou uma vistoria detalhado aos elementos principais, explicou-me e elicodou-me e identificou uma anomalia com uma luz, prontificando-se a verificar tendo diagnosticado o fio em causa. Todos os elementos envolvidos na campanha, estão de parabéns desde a receção da viatura até ao acolhimento. Uma palavra especial para o Felipe, simpático e atencioso, como sempre. Pecou apenas pelo facto do atendimento não ter sido realizado, uma vez que o meu carro entrou sem a ficha de entrada não tendo sido realizada à saída. Podia ter interesse comercial ou outro, mas não me foi dada essa atenção. Foi a única falha! Iniciativa muito boa da Honda. Parabéns!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço pós venda, fiz uma marcação de uma manutenção programada e ao fazê-lo perguntaram me quantos km o veículo tinha ao que respondi, ora assim sendo já sabiam que para aquela intervenção seria necessário trocar velas, qual o meu espanto quando fui informado que as mesmas velas só viriam um dia depois de deixar o veículo, na minha opinião deveriam ter em stock, até porque sabem que o veículo faz serviço TVDE e assim sendo fizeram me perder um dia de trabalho por uma coisa simples como são umas velas.
Terrible after-sales service, I made an appointment for a scheduled maintenance and when I did, they asked me how many km the vehicle had, which I replied, so they already knew that for that intervention it would be necessary to change spark plugs, what was my surprise when I was informed that the same candles would only come one day after leaving the vehicle, in my opinion they should have it in stock, even because they know that the vehicle does TVDE service and, therefore, they made me miss a day of work for a simple thing like candles.
